Return and Refund Policy – SARITA

We aim to provide quality ethnic wear and a smooth shopping experience.

Return Window: Returns and exchanges are available on selected products. For most eligible products, the return window is 3 days from delivery. Please check the individual product page for specific conditions.

Return Conditions: Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Products: Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. Products marked as non-returnable on their product pages are excluded.

Return Process: Customers must raise a return or exchange request within the applicable return window. If pickup is unavailable at the delivery location, customers must ship the product to our office.

Return Charges: Return or exchange charges may apply depending on the case.

Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled through the website.

Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing details should be confirmed with customer support before the return is completed.
